Michelle is the founder of MAP HR Consulting and a seasoned HR strategist with 25+ years of experience in human resources management. She helps organizations optimize their people strategy to drive engagement, enhance performance, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Michelle is the founder of MAP HR Consulting and a seasoned HR strategist with 25+ years of experience in human resources management. She helps organizations optimize their people strategy to drive engagement, enhance performance, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.


Michelle is recognized as a trusted partner and has held senior HR leadership roles in a diverse range of professional services firms across the United States—from a start-up boutique law firm to a rapidly expanding large law firm and a mid-sized economic consulting firm. Her leadership approach is rooted in identifying business needs and designing innovative HR solutions that accelerate organizational growth and performance.


She is an expert in evaluating and optimizing HR strategy, structure, and programs to strengthen engagement and improve organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, Michelle has played a key role in designing and executing HR strategies that align people practices with business objectives. She has led the development of best-in-class initiatives across the HR portfolio, including performance management systems, benefits and compensation programs, and engagement and wellness initiatives. Michelle has overhauled recruiting functions to increase offer acceptance rates and embedded processes that reflect and reinforce company culture. She has also built coaching and leadership development frameworks that support career progression, leadership growth, and the retention of top talent. Her efforts consistently cultivate environments that encourage individual development, foster community, reward contributions, and elevate overall organizational performance.

Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is certified in CCL’s 360 Assessment.
